Couran Cove Island Resort
4 Bedroom Villa, $796.00 per forest villa per night

(Unfortunately, due to the conference nearing capacity,
4 bedroom villas are the only remaining accommodation.)
The conference has secured accommodation at a special conference rate. To make your booking, complete the details on the online registration form, not through the hotel website (where you will find the price more expensive).
*Extending your stay - the venues will offer the conference rate to delegates arriving early or staying on after the conference. Simply indicate your arrival and departure dates on your application. Changes to your booking should always be done through the conference secretariat, NOT the hotel itself.
*Check in times - rooms are not guaranteed available until 2:30pm each day though can be made available earlier in the day at the discretion of the hotel itself. If you wish to ensure an early check in, you should reserve the room for the previous night.
Transfers
A ferry service will operate between Hope Harbour Marina to Couran Cove Island Resort and the discounted cost is included in the price of your registration. The car park is at location 1 & 3, while the Couran Cove Ferry Terminal is at location 2 below. GETTING TO HOPE TERMINAL
Con-x-ion run a regular shuttle from Brisbane airport, but delegates must make their own arrangements into booking this before they come. Visit Con-X-ion to book. It may be possible to book from Coolangatta. A taxi trip from either airport is expensive (in the order of $100) but if you have a full cab, it may be practical. Car parking is also available at Hope Harbour Terminal for $5 per day (maximum $25 per stay).
